Job Description:
We are seeking a Healthcare AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying machine learning models and solutions for healthcare, as well as a deep understanding of Federal Enterprise Architecture, FIPS-approved cryptographic algorithms, and VA 6500, VA Cybersecurity Program
Responsibilities:
- Develop highly secure healthcare systems utilizing Federal Enterprise Architecture and modern data encryption techniques and security applications that satisfy the VA 6500, VA Cyber Security Program.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams (Data Science, Operation Engineering and Data Engineering) on machine learning challenges for highly secure healthcare systems at scale.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines including ETL, model training, and deployments in the healthcare business domain.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize training execution in terms of model hyperparameter optimization, model training/inference latency, and system-level bottlenecks.

Job Summary
DrKumo is seeking an Operation Engineer – Medical Devices to support the development, testing, quality control, and integration of medical devices into DrKumo’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in biomedical engineering, computer modeling, and automation to ensure medical device compliance, efficacy, and seamless integration into DrKumo’s digital health solutions.
1. Primary Responsibilities
1.1. Quality Control & Testing (30%)
• Perform rigorous quality control testing on medical devices before deployment to doctors and patients.
• Test initial prototypes and new versions of medical devices, assessing their functionality, accuracy, reliability, and design flaws.
• Conduct patient trials and efficacy tests to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and healthcare safety standards.
• Develop standardized testing protocols to improve quality assurance in remote patient monitoring solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis on device failures and malfunctions to improve reliability.
1.2. Medical Device Procurement & Research (20%)
